Exemptions Issued for Prohibited Transactions Involving Iron Workers Local 17 Pension Fund

The US Department of Labor has granted exemptions from certain restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 for a proposed transaction involving the Iron Workers Local 17 Pension Fund, following a public notice and comment period.
