EPA to Sign Proposed Rule on Nitric Acid Plants by November 15, 2011, as Part of Consent Decree

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is required to submit a proposed rule on new source performance standards for nitric acid plants by November 15, 2011, as part of a consent decree addressing a lawsuit filed by the Environmental Integrity Project and Sierra Club
