Proposed Revisions to Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has proposed revisions to the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form, aiming to enhance the standards for workplace drug testing programs. The proposed changes will ensure uniformity among Federal agency programs and procedures, while maintaining the comprehensive standards established by the Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs.
