Regulated Navigation Areas Established Along Oregon and Washington Coasts

The US Coast Guard is establishing Regulated Navigation Areas (RNA) along the hazardous bars off the coasts of Oregon and Washington to ensure the safety of vessels and their occupants. The RNAs will set procedures for restricting or closing the bars and enforcing safety requirements for recreational and small commercial vessels under specific conditions.
