Investment Advice Delayed: Final Rules for 401(k) Plans and IRAs Postponed

The Department of Labor has delayed the effective and applicability dates of final rules regarding investment advice for 401(k) plans and individual retirement accounts (IRAs), originally set for November 18, 2009, and now pushed to May 17, 2010.
