NTSB Publishes Draft Strategic Plan for Fiscal Year 2010-2015

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has released a draft strategic plan for fiscal years 2010-2015, soliciting comments from interested parties until December 2009, in accordance with OMB Circular A-11, Section 210.3 (b). The proposed plan updates the 2007-2012 strategic plan, incorporating lessons learned from performance management and includes enhanced strategic objectives and key performance indicators to measure agency success.
