Public Company Accounting Oversight Board Postpones Effective Date of Annual and Special Reporting Rules

The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board has filed a proposed rule change to postpone the effective date of rules and forms related to annual and special reporting by registered firms, as well as succession to the registration status of a predecessor firm, effective immediately.
