DoD Finalizes Rule for Transition to Follow-On Contracting After Use of Other Transaction Authority

The Department of Defense has adopted a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement changes to its pilot program for transitioning to follow-on contracting after using other transaction authority, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009.
