DoD Adopts Final Rule on Whistleblower Protections for Contractor Employees

The Department of Defense has adopted a final rule amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement whistleblower protections for contractor employees who report waste, mismanagement, or safety concerns related to DoD contracts.
