EPA Approves Virginia's Transportation Conformity Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the Commonwealth of Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for Transportation Conformity regulations, which will be implemented without prior public comment if no adverse comments are received.
