FAA Proposes Rule to Restrict Operators from Employing Former Aviation Safety Inspectors

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a rule that would prohibit operators from employing or contracting with former Aviation Safety Inspectors, in an effort to prevent potential conflicts of interest that could compromise aviation safety.
