RATB Proposes Two New Systems of Records Subject to the Privacy Act of 1974

The Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board (RATB) is proposing two new systems of records, 'RATB Investigative Files' and 'RATB Fraud Hotline Program Files,' subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The proposed systems will be subject to the regulations of the Privacy Act.
