US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Korean Dynamic Random Access Memory Semiconductors

The US Department of Commerce has concluded an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on Korean dynamic random access memory semiconductors, finding that Hynix Semiconductor, Inc. received subsidies during the review period, resulting in a de minimis subsidy rate.
