DoD Adds Taiwan as Designated Country Under World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement

The US Department of Defense has issued an interim rule to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, adding Taiwan as a designated country for World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement trade agreements and clauses, following Taiwan's accession to the agreement.
