EPA Submits Renewal of NESHAP for Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking OMB approval to renew the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, and is requesting public comment on the proposed renewal.
