National Security Agency Grants Exclusive License to Axester for Government-Owned Invention

The National Security Agency has announced its intention to grant Axester, Limited Liability Company, a non-transferable, exclusive license to utilize the 'Reconfigurable Memory Processor' patented invention, originally developed by the US government, as documented in U.S. Patent No. 5,396,641, issued on March 7, 1995.
