Colorado Potato Marketing Order Modifies Handling Regulation for Area No. 2

The Colorado Potato Administrative Committee for Area No. 2 is proposing a rule change to the minimum size requirement for Irish potatoes grown in Colorado, reverting to a standard that was in place before a 2008-2009 season when adverse weather conditions damaged the crop.
