IRS Proposes Regulations for Reporting Payment Card and Third Party Network Transactions

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released proposed regulations requiring payment settlement organizations to report payments in settlement of payment card and third party network transactions, with a public hearing scheduled for later this year.
