US Forest Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Black Hills National Forest Land Management Plan

The US Forest Service will analyze the environmental impact of proposed land management actions in the Nautilus Project area of the Black Hills National Forest in South Dakota, aimed at reducing mountain pine beetle susceptibility and improving watershed conditions, while also providing research forestry opportunities and diverse wildlife habitats.
