CBOE Submits Proposed Rule Change to SAL System

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), a self-regulatory organization, has submitted a proposed rule change to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the Simple Auction Liaison (SAL) system. The proposed rule change, modified by Amendment No. 1, aims to improve the efficiency of the SAL system.
