EPA Authorizes Contractor Access to Trade Secret Information Under EPCRA

The EPA has granted CGI Federal, Inc. and its subcontractor, Management Support Technology, Inc., access to trade secret information submitted under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), and also announced a new address for submitting such claims.
