FHWA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Project in Wake and Johnston Counties, NC

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is issuing a public notice to inform the public that an environmental impact statement will be prepared for a proposed infrastructure project in Wake and Johnston Counties, North Carolina, as part of the North Carolina Department of Transportation's (NCDOT) plans to improve the region's transportation infrastructure.
