Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment on Surplus Property Release at Kinston Regional Jetport, Kinston, NC

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to waive a requirement that a 3.63-acre parcel of surplus property at the Kinston Regional Jetport in Kinston, North Carolina, be used for aeronautical purposes, following a request from the North Carolina Global TransPark Authority.
