Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for Naval Underwater Detonation Training on San Clemente Island

The Coast Guard is setting up a safety zone in the Northwest Harbor of San Clemente Island to protect people and vessels from the hazardous area during Naval Underwater Detonation training, which will take place in December and January.
