Alaska Native Claims Selection: Appealable Decision to be Issued to Afognak Joint Venture

The U.S. government is required to issue an appealable decision approving the surface estate in certain lands for conveyance to Afognak Joint Venture, following the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act. The lands in question are located on Afognak Island, Alaska.
