Soybean Promotion and Research: Amend the Order To Adjust Representation on the United Soybean Board

The United Soybean Board will have 69 members, an increase of one from the current 68, due to changes in soybean production levels since its reapportionment in 2006. This change is required by the Soybean Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Act and will take effect for the 2010 nomination and appointment process.
