Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology Reorganization

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology has reorganized its substructure components to better align with the mission of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The reorganization affects four original Director-level offices and introduces five new offices with direct reporting capability to the National Coordinator.
