EPA Proposes Approval of Minnesota Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a site-specific revision to the Minnesota sulfur dioxide State Implementation Plan, which will help reduce air pollution at the Rochester Public Utilities Silver Lake Plant in Rochester, Minnesota.
