Postal Service Seeks to Add Inbound Air Parcel Post at UPU Rates to Competitive Products List

The United States Postal Service has filed a request with the Postal Regulatory Commission to add Inbound Air Parcel Post at Universal Postal Union (UPU) rates to the Competitive Products List, following a notice of intent to do so.
