Department of Labor Proposes Extension of OMB Approval for Wage and Hour Division Information Collection

The Department of Labor is seeking public comments on a proposed extension of the Office of Management and Budget approval for the Wage and Hour Division's information collection on conforming wage classifications and unconventional fringe benefit plans under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
