HHS Makes Determination on Petition to Add Employees to Special Exposure Cohort

The US Department of Health and Human Services has made a determination regarding a petition to add employees from the Baker-Perkins Company in Michigan to the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
