USDA Forest Service to Conduct Environmental Impact Statement for Winchester Canyon Gun Club Permit

The USDA Forest Service has announced its intention to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the renewal of a 20-year special use permit for the Winchester Canyon Gun Club, located in the Los Padres National Forest in California, and is seeking public input on the proposal.
