Assignment of Functions Under the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010; the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2010; and the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010

The Department of Homeland Security and the Department of the Interior have been assigned new functions under the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010, the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2010, and the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2010, respectively.
