Railroad Retirement Board Removes Listing of Impairments and Related Amendments

The Railroad Retirement Board has updated its regulations by removing the outdated Listing of Impairments, which no longer reflects advances in medical knowledge and treatments, and has provided new guidelines for determining disability.
