US Department of Labor Issues Guidance on Prevailing Wage Determinations for H-1B and Labor Certification Programs

The US Department of Labor is providing guidance on the implementation of prevailing wage determinations for H-1B and labor certification programs, including the H-1B1 (Chile/Singapore) and E-3 (Australia) programs, as of January 1, 2010.
