EPA Proposes Expansion of North Carolina's Equivalency by Permit Program for Hazardous Air Pollutants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to expand the equivalency by permit program for North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources to cover all 32 sources subject to the plywood and composite wood products rule, in accordance with section 112(l) of the Clean Air Act.
