US Fish and Wildlife Service Delegates Falconry Permitting Authority to Six States
The US Fish and Wildlife Service has agreed to delegate falconry permitting authority to Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah, following a review of their state regulations, which comply with federal regulations at 50 CFR 21.29.
