EPA to Delete Kerr-McGee Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on its proposal to remove the Kerr-McGee Reed-Keppler Park Superfund Site in West Chicago, Illinois, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
