Medicare Program; Implementation of Appeals Procedures and Reopening Rules

The Department of Health and Human Services will establish procedures for handling Medicare prescription drug benefit appeals, including decisions made by Administrative Law Judges and the Medicare Appeals Council, as well as reopening procedures at all levels of appeal.
