US Army to Revise Water Resources Development Principles and Guidelines for Public Comment

The US Army has initiated a revision of its 1983 'Economic and Environmental Principles and Guidelines for Water and Related Land Resources Implementation Studies' to develop uniform planning standards for water resources development programs across government agencies, with a public comment period to follow.
