USCIS Reopens Public Comment Period for Transitional Worker Classification Rule
US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is extending the public comment period for the interim rule on Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands Transitional Worker Classification by 30 days, following a court injunction that temporarily halted implementation.
