EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for NOx Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a proposal to limit the approval and disapproval of revisions to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan, focusing on reducing oxides of nitrogen emissions from solid fuel-fired boilers and other sources.
