HUD to Solicit Public Comments on NEPA ARRA Reporting Requirements

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking public input on its proposed information collection requirement for reporting on compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for projects funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The proposed reporting will be consolidated and transmitted to the Council on Environmental Quality and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for inclusion in the Administration's reports to Congress.
