Federal Maritime Commission Repeals Marine Terminal Agreement Exemption

The Federal Maritime Commission has repealed the marine terminal agreements exemption, which allowed for expedited processing of such agreements, and updated its regulations to transfer an existing definition to another section, correcting a typographical error.
