EPA Approves Pennsylvania's Clean Air Interstate Rule Revision, Modifies NOX Control Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Pennsylvania's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that addresses the requirements of the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and modifies other requirements in the state's SIP, including the termination of the NOX Budget Trading Program and provisions for large stationary internal combustion engines and cement kilns.
