VA Amends Records System for Billing and Collections Records

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is updating its records system, 'The Revenue Program--Billing and Collections Records--VA', as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974, to reflect changes made in the Federal Register and subsequent amendments.
