Pacific Gas and Electric Seeks Safe Harbor Agreement for Endangered Species in Antioch Dunes

Pacific Gas and Electric has submitted a permit application to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for a Safe Harbor Agreement to protect the Lange's metalmark butterfly, Antioch Dunes evening primrose, and Contra Costa wallflower, which are federally endangered species located in the Antioch Dunes in Contra Costa County, CA.
