U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Barred Owl Removal Experiments

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is planning to gather information to assess the impact of removing barred owls on northern spotted owl populations, in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
