Federal Railroad Administration Adjusts Reporting Threshold for Rail Equipment Accidents/Incidents for 2010

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has increased the monetary threshold for reporting rail equipment accidents/incidents involving property damage that occurred during 2010, from $8,900 to $9,200, to reflect cost increases since the last threshold adjustment in December 2008.
