OPM Amends Regulations to Implement Training and Development Requirements

The Office of Personnel Management is updating its regulations to align with the Federal Workforce Flexibility Act of 2004, which mandates training and development requirements for federal employees, supervisors, managers, and executives, and requires agencies to establish comprehensive management succession programs and training for employees to improve performance and productivity.
